🔍 What Will You Do as a Land Acquisition Manager?

As a key player in the development process, you’ll be the driving force behind acquiring suitable land for solar and battery projects. Your responsibilities will include:

✅ Key Responsibilities:

  • 🧭 Initiate and implement origination plans in designated regions across Italy
  • 🌿 Assess environmental and technical suitability of land for utility-scale solar and BESS projects
  • 🏞️ Conduct environmental constraint analyses for potential development sites
  • 🤝 Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners and channel partners
  • 📞 Engage, filter, and cultivate contacts that align with the land origination strategy
  • 🗂️ Track and coordinate leads in collaboration with the wider project development team
  • 👥 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a unified and professional landowner experience

💼 Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in land identification and acquisition
  • Track record of originating and qualifying new leads
  • Skilled in negotiating preliminary land rights agreements
  • Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with landowners
  • Strong network of existing contacts in the Italian agricultural or landowner community is a plus
  • Willingness to travel across Italy as needed
