I’ve written all four pages: Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, About Us and Contact Us. They’re plain HTML with no styling, so your WordPress theme (Wellington) will format them. To use them, go to Pages → Add New in WordPress, add a Custom HTML block, paste in the file contents, and publish. Use these slugs so the internal links work: /privacy-policy/, /disclaimer/, /about-us/ and /contact-us/.
Please check these before publishing:
- Email address: I used
contact@allbrightcareers.comas a placeholder. Replace it with a working address in all the files. - Advertising section: the Privacy Policy mentions Google AdSense. Delete that section if you don’t run ads, and add any other services you use, such as newsletters or affiliate programs.
- Contact form: the Contact Us page has a spot for a form shortcode (WPForms, Contact Form 7, etc.). Remove that line if you don’t want a form.
- Legal review: these are solid general-purpose templates, but I’m not a lawyer. If you collect more data than analytics and comments, have a legal professional check the Privacy Policy.
Because the site covers visas and jobs abroad, I put extra weight on the Disclaimer. It says you aren’t a recruiter, never charge fees, and that readers should verify details with official sources. Pages like that also help with Google AdSense approval.
